Less than 24 hours after winning their second NBA title in three years, it’s being reported that the Golden State Warriors have unanimously declined a chance to visit the White House.
According to Vibe, Michelle Roberts, executive director of the NBA Players Association, alleged that if the Cleveland Cavaliers or Golden State Warriors won the National Basketball Association championship, neither team would accept an offer to visit the White House.
Today CNBC’s The Halftime Report and CEO of Ritholtz Wealth Management Josh Brown tweeted that the team wouldn’t be visiting the White House.
