A shooting at UCLA on Wednesday morning sent the country into a frenzy. Reports emerged in the morning about a possible shooting followed by reports that the school was on lockdown. The LA Times have since confirmed that two people are dead. The LAPD Chief Charlie Beck has confirmed that the shooter was one of the two men killed.
Reports show that the shooting took place in a small office in a building in the campus’ engineering complex. Chief Beck is now reporting that the campus is safe.
As of now, authorities have not identified the victims and a motive was not immediately clear. The connection between the shooter and victim isn’t clear.
