Tia Mowry Introduces Her Daughter Cairo Tiahna Hardrict

It’s almost been two months since Tia Mowry gave birth to her daughter, and now the world finally gets to meet her.

Mowry introduced her baby girl today on her Facebook Watch series Tia Mowry’s Quick Fix. Fans of the series (like me) have been waiting on this episode, and the introduction video is nothing short of amazing.

Watch the video below and meet Tia and Cory’s adorable daughter and learn about her beautiful name:

“Her name is Cairo Tiahna Hardrict,” says Mowry. “Cairo, it basically means victorious. My husband, he was in the air flying, and he always feels like he’s closer to his mother when he’s up in the air. And he said when he was flying he had seen the letters A, I and R in the sky. He said that he wanted the baby’s name to have those letters. Tiahna is spelled T-I-A-H-N-A, so it has Tia in there. Tiahna actually means follower of Christ. Also Tiahna is one of the first African princesses, so she is our little princess. And her last name is Hardrict.”

As the video continues, Mowry explains her birth experience, papa-bear Cory, Cree’s reaction to his sister, her family’s and gives more details on her pregnancy and raising two kids, calling it a fun chaos.

Fans of Mowry’s hit reality show with her sister Tamera (again, like me) can remember Tia wanting to have another baby and her being open about her struggle with endometriosis.

When Tia finally got pregnant, she was in denial at first. “I was in denial to be honest with you,” said Tia in Mini Magazine. “I probably went through 20 pregnancy tests. It was hard for me to get pregnant, so I wanted to be super positive before I got too excited.”

Since giving birth, Tia has shared sneak peaks of her baby girl and been transparent about her postpartum body.

7 weeks #postpartum. Some #pregnant women after giving birth no longer have a belly after 7 weeks. While others it may take a little longer. Me, I’m the latter. I remember after giving birth to Cree, my belly didn’t all of a sudden go flat. I did have a C-Section, (as well as with my second pregnancy) and I thought something was wrong with me. I had seen in magazines the many women on the beach a few weeks #postpartum in a two piece. To be honest, it had to take time for me to embrace my new body. With this second pregnancy, I now have embraced that fact that I’ve housed a human being. A miracle. A life. If it takes a while for me to get back to my normal self, than so be it. This.Is.Me. And I love me. ❤️ #momlife #motherhood #7weeks
