New Music: Tamar Braxton | “Catfish”

Calling All Lovers

Even though Tamar’s album’s release has been pushed back, we’re still getting new music. The songstress has officially released the second single from her next studio project. The song’s title is “Catfish”. She’s basically going in on one of her ex boyfriends who is trying to flex (be someone who’s not).

She sings, “Baby I know the real you / Don’t flex.” The song is full of 90 vibes. It’s definitely feels like a throwback jam. According Rap-Up, the song includes a sample of SWV’s ’90s hit “Right Here/Human Nature.”

Tamar is one busy chick. Her daytime talk show, The Real, that she cohosts return this Monday, September 14th. She’s also on the next season Dancing With The Stars that also starts Monday #TeamValenTay. And word on the street is that “Tamar & Vince” is slated to drop soon. Don’t know how she does it, but more power to her!

Check out Tamar’s 2nd single from her next album Calling All Lovers, “Catfish”, below:

Calling All Lovers is set to be released October 2nd, and is available for preorder now.
