Kanye West Writing a Philosophy Book Titled Break the Simulation

Kanye West is picking up his pen, but it isn’t for bars. In an interview with his interior designer, Axel Vervoordt, the rapper revealed that he’ll be releasing a book exploring the human obsession with photographs.

Coined a philosophical work, Break the Simulation will tackle how photographs take people out of the now.

“I’ve got a concept about photographs, and I’m on the fence about photographs — about human beings being obsessed with photographs,” said West. “[B]ecause [photographs] takes you out of the now and transports you into the past or transports you into the future.”

“It can be used to document, but a lot of times it overtakes [people],” continued West. “People dwell too much in the memories.”

It will definitely be an interesting read.
