black-ish Renewed For A Fourth Season With A Change

Our prayers have been answered! The critically-acclaimed television series black-ish has officially been renewed for a fourth season on ABC.

The hit show starring Anthony Anderson, Tracee Ellis Ross, Yara Shahidi, Marcus Scribner, Miles Brown, Marsai Martin, Laurence Fishburne, and Jenifer Lewis revolves around The Johnson family and their middle class Black experience in America. It’s literally one of the best shows on television.

The show will be returning to ABC this fall, but it will return on a new day and time. black-ish will now air on Tuesdays at 9:00pm followed by new series The Mayor executive produced by the Tony award winning Daveed Diggs.

At first it seemed like the move may have been for Shahidi’s spinoff, but according to Deadline, ABC’s sister network Freeform is looking to green light the series.
