Apple has sent out invitations for its annual September event. It will take place on September 7th at 10am PT. This year the company is expected to debut the long-awaited (year long) iPhone 7. It is rumored to have a sensitive touch home button, bigger battery, dual camera lens and to be the first iPhone without a headphone jack (the pictured photo is a digital prototype).
From previous years’ reveals, Apple is expected to follow the trend and release an iPhone 7 and an iPhone 7 Plus. There are rumors that new colors have been added to the selection. There are also reports that the iWatch 2 will be revealed.
Every two years, the iPhone gets a major upgrade, but it’s being speculated that the upgrades this year won’t pale in comparison to what occurs next year. Next year’s iPhone will be the device’s 10th anniversary, so it’s sure to be extremely special.
