Tye Tribbett released a new single titled “Work It Out” back in October, but I’m just getting hip. It’s essentially the next level of Erica Campbell’s “I Luh God.” Tribbett like Kirk Franklin is known for pushing the boundaries of Kingdom music, and his latest song definitely moved the fence.
“Work It Out” is a perfect blend of trap and gospel. The beat is bumping, but the message of the song is biblically based.
There’s a point in the song where the beat fades away. The purity of the message is put on full display; however, even without that moment, the message is present throughout the entire song.
