Jordyn Woods to Make Acting Debut on grown-ish

Jordyn Woods will make her acting debut on Freeform’s hit black-ish spinoff grown-ish this summer.

According to People, Woods is scheduled to appear later in the season and will portray a freshman student named Dee, a “sweet soul with a soft-spoken and sincere vulnerability.”

The star will most likely be sharing most of her scenes with star Trevor Jackson, who plays Aaron, the RA of Hawkins Dorm.

Woods took to social media to share her excitement about booking the role.

Woods is no stranger to TV after having appeared on Keeping Up With The Kardashians and her ex-BFF’s show Life of Kylie.

Woods name was smeared earlier this year when rumors of “hooking up” with her then best friend, Kylie Jenner, sister’s, Khloe Kardashian, baby father, but since appearing on the Red Table Talk with Jada Pinkett Smith, Woods has been seeming to live her best life.

grown-ish second season returns Wednesday, June 5, at 8 p.m. ET/PT. Woods will debut July 24.

Congratulations Jordyn!
