Barack Obama has released the highly anticipated list of his favorite songs, books and movies of 2018, and this year’s list is full of the magic that makes him the only president we care to acknowledge.

His favorites songs include The Carters’ “Apeshit”, “Could’ve Been” by H.E.R. (ft. Bryson Tiller), “I Like It” by Cardi B (ft. Bad Bunny and J Balvin), “Love Lives” by Khalid & Normani, “Make Me Feel” by Janelle Monáe, “Kevin’s Heart” by J. Cole, a tribute to the incomparable Nancy Wilson and a lot more incredible songs.

His favorite book of 2018 is obviously his wife and our Forever First Lady Michelle Obama’s phenomenal memoir Becoming. His favorite book list also includes Americanah by Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie, In the Shadow of Statues: A White Southerner Confronts History by Mitch Landrieu and Washington Black by Esi Edugyan.

The ground-breaking and box office hit Black Panther made his favorite movies list alongside BlacKkKlansman, If Beale Street Could Talk, Won’t You Be My Neighbor and more.
